Delicious snack of green plantains, variety Barraganete, grown by independent producers of Ecuador. The chips are considered a source of starches and fibre with low sugar level.

During the production, the raw plantain is cut in rounded slices and fried in vegetable oil with no added chemicals or preservatives. The product has 2 mm wide and 2.5 cm in diameter.
